Hi, I’m Joy Howard, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, wife, and mom of four. I became a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2018, and it was through my work in physical therapy that my passion for massage therapy began. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2022, and I love bringing my knowledge of the body from both fields together to provide thoughtful, personalized care. I believe our bodies are capable of incredible things, and my goal is to help you feel and function your best. Whether you’re dealing with tension or soreness, recovering from an injury, looking to improve mobility, or simply need time to slow down and relax, I want your time on my table to be exactly what your body needs. My faith is an important part of who I am, and I believe God created our bodies with an amazing ability to heal and restore. It’s a privilege to be able to play a small part in that process. When you come to see me, you won’t just be another appointment on my schedule. I want you to feel welcomed, listened to, and genuinely cared for.
